We do not issue refunds, however we want you to absolutely LOVE your custom made item.
If you are not satisfied please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make you happy.
Exchanges are allowed, however an $12 service fee plus return shipping does apply if the reason is not due to a mistake on our end.
All sales are final on Personalized Hand Stamped items.

Our items are carefully designed and diligently constructed and therefore meant to last for many years. None-the-less it is good to know that we offer repair services on all of our items for a nominal fee.  Please contact us for more details.
