For our youngest collectors, we offer a dedicated re-sizing service to ensure their cherished bracelets remain a perfect fit as they grow. This commitment to longevity is what transforms a fine jewel into a treasured legacy.
The Art of Craftsmanship & Shipping
Every piece is meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow two to three weeks for our artisans to perfect your selection before it begins its journey to you.
Should you require your jewelry for a fast-approaching occasion, we offer a Priority White Glove Concierge service. By selecting Rush Production, your order will move to the pinnacle of our atelier’s queue, shipping within three to five business days. Refined expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for your convenience.
Global Presence
Six Sisters Beadworks is honored to grace clients worldwide. While we ensure your package is exquisitely prepared for its journey, please be mindful of the following:
  • Customs & Duties. International recipients are responsible for any local taxes or import duties levied by their destination country.
  • Delivery Timelines. While most global shipments arrive within a fortnight, please allow up to six weeks for certain international destinations.
  • Accuracy. To ensure the seamless arrival of your heirloom, please verify your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delivery to incorrectly provided locations.
Safety & Care
Our creations are designed to be cherished, yet the safety of your little ones remains our highest priority. Because our jewelry includes delicate, small components, we kindly request that children under the age of three be supervised at all times while wearing their pieces. Exchanges & Personalization
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be utterly enchanted by your selection. While we do not offer traditional refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
  • Custom & Engraved Pieces: Due to their unique nature, all personalized and engraved items are considered final sale.
  • Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange a non-personalized item, we are happy to assist. Please note that a service fee and return shipping will apply for standard exchanges.
  • Our Commitment: If your order arrives with an error or does not meet our rigorous standards, please contact us immediately. We will rectify any mistake on our part with complimentary corrections and shipping.
